HB Technology Development Joint Stock Company (HB) develops RiseOn’s mobile games and apps. This policy describes the data those products may collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. We collect the data we need to operate, support, protect, and improve our games. We do not sell personal data.
Data our games may collect
Our games work without an account. They do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or exact location.
When you play, our games or their service providers may collect:
- Your device model, operating system version, and language and region preferences.
- Device identifiers, including an advertising ID if your device settings permit access.
- Your IP address, which providers may use to estimate your country or city.
- Gameplay and diagnostic data, including levels played, progress, session duration, game events, crashes, and errors.
- In-app purchase records. The Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment. HB does not receive your card or payment details.
Completed levels, owned items, and game settings are saved on your device.

Our games may use the services below. These providers may collect the data described above under their own policies.
- Google AdMob for ads.
- AppLovin MAX for ad mediation.
- Google Firebase for usage analytics and game settings through Analytics and Remote Config.
- AppsFlyer for install attribution and marketing measurement.
- Unity for the game engine and in-app purchases.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution and payments.
Ad partners may use device identifiers to deliver ads and measure their performance.
Children’s privacy
Our games are for a general audience. Without a parent’s consent, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their country. Please email us if you believe a child has shared personal information with us so we can delete it.
How long data is kept
Data saved on your device remains until you remove the game or clear its data. Partners keep the data they collect as long as needed for the purposes above, typically for up to 24 months. After that, the data is deleted or kept only in aggregate form that cannot identify individuals.
Your privacy choices and rights
- Use your device settings to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID.
- Uninstall a game to stop it from collecting data from your device.
- Depending on local law, you may be able to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict its use, or object to how it is used. Email us to make a request. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable legal requirements.
Keeping data secure
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to reduce the risk of data loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No way of sending or storing data can guarantee complete security.
